Victoria Palmer-Gilliard, Principal

Mrs. Palmer-Gilliard is proud to serve as  Principal of A.P. Morris Early Childhood Center. Mrs. Palmer-Gillard has been an administrator in the Hillside Public Schools for the last 23 years. Mrs Palmer-Gilliard received her first Master Degree from New York Institute of Technology and her second Masters Degree from Baruch College. She started her career as a 1st, 2nd and 6th grade teacher in New York. She also served as a Technology Supervisor and Vice Principal.

"ALL Children Can Learn and Succeed" My expectation is to achieve academic excellence supported by rigor, relevance, and relationship. My goal is to lead by encouraging and inspiring the "mind, body, and soul" of my scholars, teachers and parents. This allows opportunities for growth with the intent of becoming future leaders.

On a personal note, I'm blessed to be a wife of 33 years, and mother of 2 beautiful children. I have a love for live music, dancing and traveling.

Rahim Graham, Principal

Mr. Graham is honored to serve as Principal of A.P. Morris Early Childhood Center. He is a graduate of Hillside High School and has built strong, respectable relationships with the Hillside Community. Mr. Graham is a graduate of Kean University and received his Master's Degree at St. Peter's University. He has taught kindergarten, grade 1, and grade 2 for ten years right here at A.P. Morris. Mr. Graham has been an administrator in Hillside Public Schools for 14 years. He has spent the last seven years as a Principal. Mr. Graham is excited to bring the joy of learning and accomplishment to our scholars. This drives him daily and all operational and instructional decisions support student development.
