Abram P. Morris Early Childhood Center

A.P. Morris Early Childhood Center welcomed storyteller, Miss Sabina, and musician, Miss Gabi, to celebrate Black History Month with us. We sang, danced, and learned a new language, Swahili! They brought stories to life with engaging Swahili phrases like Paukwa (It came) and Pakawa! (It happened), creating a fun and immersive experience. The students loved participating and responding with Hadithi Hadithi!(Story Story) and Hadithi Njoo! Special thanks to Superintendent Glover for joining in on the fun and making this experience even more memorable!
