Today, our students proudly participated in our Ruby Bridges Parade; an inspiring celebration of courage, equality, and the power of young people to make a difference. In honor of Ruby Bridges’ historic walk to school in 1960, students created thoughtful signs, learned about her bravery, and marched together as a symbol of unity and hope.
Through this meaningful experience, our students were reminded that even the smallest voices can spark big change. We are proud of their enthusiasm, their compassion, and their commitment to honoring Ruby’s legacy. Today wasn’t just a parade, it was a lesson in bravery, respect, and standing up for what is right.
